Abstract
|
|
|
The author analyzed 20 cases of cerebral infarction patients conformed by brain C.T. scan, who admitted to the Oriental Medical Hospital of Won Kwang University in Gwang Ju, from June 1,1994 to November 30,1994. We´ve analyzed these 20 cases in clinical point of view.
The results were obtained as follows;
1. The digree of recovery after treatment, significant recovery was seen in 33.0%, the good recovery was seen in 50.4%, unchanged recovery was seen in 16.5%.
2. In general, the efficiency of the cases whose size of infarction was small were good, the efficiency of the cases whose situations and the size of infarction was large or the incidence of hemorrhage was occur were bad.
3. According to the situation of infarction area, various crinical symptoms were obtained.
4. The cases of Grade Ⅰ, Grade Ⅱ, Grade Ⅲ patients who can walk were increased from 5(25%) to 12(60%), and the cases of GradeⅣ, GradeⅤ patients were decreased from 15(75%) to 8(40%).
